The Roberts SportsDAB 55 is a pocket-sized personal digital radio designed for portable listening wherever you go. Combining DAB+ digital radio with traditional FM reception, it gives you an easy way to follow live sports commentary, catch up with your favourite programmes or enjoy music while travelling, walking or relaxing outdoors.
Its compact design makes it easy to carry, while the clear 1.8-inch colour LCD display provides useful station and programme information at a glance. The radio is supplied with stereo in-ear headphones, making it ready for private listening straight from the box.
DAB+ and FM Radio Reception
Enjoy a wide choice of digital and analogue broadcasts with support for both DAB+ and FM radio. The SportsDAB 55 can automatically scan for available stations, helping you find broadcasts quickly when you're in a new location.
Up to 10 favourite stations can be stored, with 5 DAB presets and 5 FM presets. Five dedicated quick-access preset buttons make it particularly simple to return to your preferred stations without repeatedly searching through the menus.
Colour Display and Easy Controls
The 1.8-inch colour LCD display provides a clear view of radio information, with seven lines of information available. Depending on the broadcast, you can view details including scrolling text, programme type, multiplex name, frequency, bitrate and signal strength.
A convenient jog wheel provides intuitive control over tuning, menus and settings, while the display dimmer allows the screen brightness to be adjusted for comfortable viewing.
Supplied In-Ear Headphones
SportsDAB 55 comes with stereo in-ear headphones for convenient personal listening. The headphones also act as the radio aerial, helping provide reliable reception while you're using the radio away from home.
Three sets of silicone ear tips in small, medium and large sizes are supplied, allowing you to choose a comfortable fit for extended listening.
