One of the standout features of the E1 Phono is its integrated phono preamplifier. This allows the turntable to connect directly to any amplifier, powered speaker or audio system with a standard AUX or line input — perfect for modern setups that don’t include a dedicated phono stage. For added flexibility, the preamp can also be bypassed if you prefer to connect it to an amplifier with a traditional phono input.
Simple Electronic Speed Control
Switching between 33⅓ and 45 RPM is handled electronically at the push of a button, removing the need to manually move the belt. Whether you're playing full albums or dipping into a collection of singles, speed changes are quick and hassle-free.
Carefully Engineered for Clean, Stable Sound
The CNC-machined composite fibre plinth is designed with no hollow spaces, helping to reduce unwanted resonance and vibration. This solid base works alongside vibration-damping feet and a newly developed ABS polymer platter, reinforced with internal ridges to create a stable, low-resonance platform for your records.
Driving the system is an isolated DC motor, providing smooth and consistent speed for accurate pitch and detailed playback.
Aluminium Tonearm with Pre-Fitted Cartridge
The lightweight 8.6-inch aluminium tonearm is manufactured from a single piece for added rigidity and precise tracking. It comes fitted with the Audio-Technica AT3600L cartridge — a proven, easy-listening cartridge known for its balanced and forgiving sound character, making it well-suited to all music genres.
