Take everyday floor cleaning further with the Dyson V15s Detect Submarine™ cordless vacuum cleaner. Combining powerful cordless suction with Dyson's wet floor washing technology, it can vacuum dust and debris, wash hard floors and tackle pet hair throughout the home. With up to 240 Air Watts of suction power, a Hyperdymium™ motor and up to 60 minutes of run time, it is designed for demanding whole-home cleaning.
The V15s Detect Submarine also uses intelligent dust detection and advanced filtration to help capture microscopic particles, while its LCD screen provides useful cleaning information as you work. With a selection of specialist cleaner heads and tools included, this versatile Dyson cordless vacuum is suited to carpets, rugs, hard floors, furniture, stairs and other difficult-to-reach areas.
Washes Hard Floors
The Submarine™ wet roller head brings powered floor washing to your Dyson vacuum. It uses a motorised microfibre roller to pick up liquid spills, crumbs and dried-on marks from hard floors while continuously removing dirty water and debris from the roller. It is suitable for a range of surfaces including tile, stone, wood, ceramic, vinyl, linoleum and laminate.
Eight hydration points distribute clean water across the roller, while the motor-powered roller rotates at up to 900 times per minute to help absorb spills and loosen stubborn stains. The full-width roller also makes it easier to clean close to edges and into corners.
240 Air Watts of Powerful Suction
At the heart of the V15s Detect Submarine is a Dyson Hyperdymium™ digital motor capable of spinning at up to 125,000rpm. It delivers up to 240 Air Watts of fade-free suction, giving the vacuum the power needed to lift fine dust, larger debris and embedded dirt from different floor types.
Dyson's Root Cyclone™ technology uses 14 cyclones to separate dust and debris from the airflow, helping maintain strong suction during cleaning.
Up to 60 Minutes of Cordless Cleaning
The advanced seven-cell lithium-ion battery provides up to 60 minutes of run time, helping you clean larger areas without being restricted by a power cable. Three cleaning modes let you choose how the machine operates, with Auto mode adjusting power according to the floor, Eco mode providing longer cleaning time and Boost mode offering extra power for intensive jobs.
The click-in battery can also be swapped quickly, allowing compatible additional batteries to extend cleaning time.
Detects Dust You Can't Easily See
The Fluffy Optic™ cleaner head uses an angled beam of light to highlight fine dust and particles on hard floors that may otherwise be difficult to spot. Its anti-static carbon fibre filaments help pick up fine debris from floors and into gaps.
The V15s Detect's dust sensor monitors particles up to 15,000 times per second, allowing the machine to automatically adjust suction power in Auto mode according to the amount of dust detected.
Digital Motorbar™ for Carpets and Rugs
For carpets and rugs, the Digital Motorbar™ cleaner head combines powerful suction with de-tangling technology. Its stiff nylon bristles work into carpets to help remove ground-in dirt, while the anti-tangle system helps lift and spiral hair directly into the vacuum's bin.
Dyson DLS™ technology monitors brush bar resistance and can adjust power as the vacuum moves between different floor surfaces.
Designed to Tackle Pet Hair
Pet owners can use the Hair Screw Tool to remove long hair and pet hair from smaller areas such as stairs, upholstery, pet beds and car seats. Its conical anti-tangle brush bar guides hair into the machine rather than allowing it to wrap around the brush.
Combined with the Digital Motorbar™, the V15s Detect Submarine provides dedicated tools for dealing with hair throughout the home.
HEPA Filtration
A fully sealed filtration system helps capture microscopic particles, dust and allergens. The whole-machine HEPA filtration system captures 99.97% of particles as small as 0.1 microns, helping prevent captured particles from simply being released back into the room.
LCD Screen with Cleaning Information
The built-in LCD screen gives you information while you clean, including a particle count and remaining run time. Dust information provides a useful indication of the particles being removed, while the countdown helps you keep track of the available battery power.
Reaches Under Furniture and Into Tight Spaces
The V15s Detect Submarine has been designed for more than just open floor areas. Its low-profile design allows the vacuum to reach up to one metre under furniture, helping you clean beneath sofas, beds and other low spaces.
The included crevice tool is useful for narrow gaps and awkward areas, while the cordless design makes it easy to move between rooms without changing power sockets.
Hygienic Bin Emptying
When cleaning is finished, the hygienic bin mechanism allows dust and debris to be pushed deep into your household bin in one action. This helps reduce direct contact with the collected dirt when emptying the machine.
For convenient storage, the vacuum can be placed on its Wall Dok™, keeping it stored and ready for the next clean.
