Give your stand-mount speakers a solid, stable platform with the Blok Axis 600 Speaker Stands. Designed with a focus on rigidity, vibration control and practical versatility, these 600-series stands are suited to a wide range of hi-fi loudspeakers and listening setups.
The Axis 600 combines a rigid metal support structure with isolated top plates, substantial chamfered plywood bases and stainless steel floor spikes. The central columns can also be mass loaded, allowing you to increase the weight and damping of the stands for an even more secure speaker foundation.
A Stable Platform for Stand-Mount Speakers
The Blok Axis 600 has been designed around Blok's Transparent Design Philosophy, putting the needs of the loudspeaker and listening system at the centre of its construction.
At approximately 647mm high, the stands place compatible bookshelf and stand-mount speakers at a suitable listening position for many hi-fi systems. Their 330 x 350mm footprint offers a practical balance between stability and space efficiency.
Isolated Metal Top Plate
Each Axis 600 features a rigid metal top plate fitted with isolation feet. This creates a secure contact point for the loudspeaker while helping to manage vibration between the speaker and stand.
The result is a carefully considered support structure designed to keep the loudspeaker stable during playback.
Mass-Loadable Support Column
The substantial extruded metal column can be filled with additional material to increase the overall mass of each stand. Adding weight can help reduce unwanted movement and improve the stand's resistance to vibration.
For further damping, Blok Isofill can be added to the columns. This optional material uses metal hexagons in different sizes to add mass within the support structure.
Please note: Blok Isofill is an optional accessory and is not included with the stands.
Rigid Chamfered Plywood Base
A sturdy chamfered plywood plinth forms the base of each stand, providing a firm foundation for the speaker above. Its rigid construction works with the metal column to create a stable support structure suitable for dedicated hi-fi listening.
Stainless Steel Floor Spikes
The Axis 600 comes with stainless steel floor spikes for use on suitable soft flooring. The spikes provide a firm connection between the stand and floor, helping to keep the assembly securely positioned.
If you are placing the stands on hard flooring, Blok Floor Guard Discs are available separately. These stainless steel cups sit underneath the spikes to help protect the floor surface while providing an additional interface between the stand and floor.
