Just ordered a Mill Heat ABH1500WIFI. Very nice that you can deliver quickly, and the price was lower than elsewhere.

Mostly an OK experience, except that the offer of a discount on express delivery wasn't much use - I tried to apply JANEXP21, but it told me I had to press CONTINUE before I could apply. Unfortunately pressing CONTINUE did nothing, and pressing the "proceed with order" button at the bottom of the page did complete the order, but didn't allow me to enter the discount code.

On the other hand, nice to see a captcha that doesn't make me count squares with American crosswalks in it!

Your online PayPal checkout process is a bit cumbersome. After completing with PP it brings you back to the site and then you have your details filled in a form but when you have to put your phone number in it's not recognised. County is also a required field. I entered country code of +44 and then the form submitted. Most users wouldn't know this.

Bought a TV - good price, fast delivery and easy to use the website. Recycling old tv not available so I've dropped a star.

Entering payment details fields were very small and switching pages could be clearer. Otherwise good.
