Returns

At electricshop we understand how frustrating it is when you have received an item that is unsuitable or has been ordered incorrectly. Should you wish to return an item we will refund you the price you have paid for the goods but not however any service provided by us, such as a gift-wrap service or a special delivery service. We do ask that you take reasonable care of the goods and that they are returned to us in their original condition and Un-opened. Please note that we will not cover the costs for returning an item to us.

Exchanging Items

If you want to exchange an item, you will need to follow our returns procedure, sending the incorrect item back to us. When we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the new item to you.

Original Condition

Items must be returned to us in the same condition in which they were sent to you in the original packaging from the supplier unmarked and with all parts, accessories and instructions.

Damaged and Defective Goods

electricshop will always strive to offer the very best service to customers but occasionally goods will arrive damaged, if this happens then please contact us immediately and we will offer you a replacement or refund at no cost to you. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods).

Please Note: We are unable to accept returns or make refunds on Special Order items.
