What is Live Help?

Live Help allows you to communicate instantly with a member of our team via your computer. Simply type a message and wait for a reply. Messages will appear on your screen in a window, similar to an instant messenger, where you can view the conversation and type messages.

Ask our team about any queries you may have over our services, delivery costs, product specification and pricing, ordering and additional services. Our team are fully trained, both in house and by manufacturers to answer your questions and to offer advice. Our team will be able to direct you to a particular product with a link.

Best of all, our Live Help service is absolutely FREE!

How do I use Live Help?

To use Live Help simply click on the live help image to the left of a product description. A popup window will open* and you will be asked to type a “screen name”. This is whom your messages will appear from when our team responds to you and will show in the conversation window along side your message.

When you have provided a screen name and clicked continue the page will reload and display the conversation window. This is where you will type your message and where the conversation will be displayed.

Simply type in your question and await our reply.

When you have finished your conversation all you need to do is shut the pop-up conversation window.

*If you have a pop-up blocker installed you may need to allow pop-ups from our site, or hold the control button on your keyboard while you click on the logo to allow only the Live Help pop-up.

Do I need to install any additional software to use this feature?

You won’t be required to install any additional software to use this feature. It will run in a new window of your web browser.

How long will you take to reply?

Instantly, as long as an operator is free to answer your message. We will endeavour to reply to you as soon as possible.

When is Live Help available?

Live Help is available for use between 9am and 5.30pm Monday - Friday, 9am until 2pm Saturday and 10am until 2pm on Sundays.
