E-commerce and mail order sales/customer service advisor

Overview

We are looking for someone to join our sales and customer service team in a busy customer focused environment. You must be a strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Your main responsibilities will include answering customer enquiries and processing orders both on the telephone and by email, providing post sales support to customers, helping to verify the fraud management process, providing customers with accurate and competitive quotes and managing requests for refunds. Training will be provided both in-house and with suppliers where appropriate.
