Where do we deliver? We only deliver within the mainland UK How do we deliver and what our service includes. We use UPS for most deliveries of small items e.g. microwaves or vacuum cleaners. For larger items, depending on the number of items in the order and the delivery address we will either deliver with our own facilities or use a national based courier company. At all times please note that your delivery may only be a ‘one man delivery’ to your door and that arrangements should be made to move the goods into your property. back Delivery Charges and Service Options Delivery is free of charge on appliances to anywhere within mainland UK. Removal of existing appliances can be done at a charge of £10 per appliance, however this must be agreed with electricshop at the time of ordering and appliances must be disconnected ready for transporting beforehand. Please note: this service can be offered only when deliveries are made by electricshop staff and not third party couriers or some manufacturers. Connection of washing machines, dishwashers and electric cookers is a service electricshop can offer for a charge (the cost of which can be obtained when placing your order). However this must be agreed at the time of ordering and in order to do so electricshop will not undertake any plumbing, carpentry or electrical work. Unfortunately electricshop are unable to connect your gas cooker. It is recommended that a registered Corgi engineer should undertake all such installations. electricshop have the right to refuse to connect the appliance if at any point they feel to do so would be a safe safety risk or could lead to damage or misuse of the goods. back Can we tell you when your goods might be delivered during the day? We cannot guarantee this service. electricshop van deliveries and certain couriers may be able to arrange to call you within a period before they deliver to allow you to be at the delivery address however UPS for example will deliver anytime between 8am and 6pm. Where individual arrangements are made this may be subject to further fraud checks. Please discuss this with the operator when you are arranging delivery to see if this facility is available. back Delivery timescales electricshop cannot guarantee delivery times but it aims to deliver within 30 working days. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which electricshop estimate for that item, please contact us at customerservices@electricshop.com. You will have the option either to wait until the item is available, replace it with an alternative model or to cancel your order. back
