Just to say thanks for a fantastic service! I ordered this item from you on Tuesday evening, it was delivered today at 2.00 p.m. I'd ordered this item from Tesco Electricals on 29 July and it should have been delivered on 10th August - they do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service. They didn't deliver and finally offered to deliver on 20th August. I decided to take my custom elsewhere. I chose your company because your website was really easy to use and you provided lots of useful info. I also liked the fact that you offered next day delivery, and an order tracking service. Lawrence, from your distribution centre also left a message on my home number yesterday, confirming that delivery would be made today. Through shopping with you, I even saved a total of £19.02 on the price that Tesco would have charged me for the same item, a price that doesn't even include guaranteed next day delivery!
