Having had my Siemens washing machine delivered to London on Tuesday, I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of helpfulness of your delivery/connection staff. Our new apartment's developer had managed to create a specific space for a washing machine in our kitchen design. Yet somehow they hadn't managed to remember to install a power supply for it! Your people were very helpful and made significant efforts to first find and failing that, install power for our machine - whilst giving me regular updates by phone re their progress. We would like you to pass on our thanks to your delivery team for their good efforts. I would also like to thank you for your own efficient handling of our repeated cancellations of delivery date (again due to our developer). Many thanks once again - needless to say I have your site bookmarked and recorded in my Palm for future shopping needs!
