Bosch DHE635BGB Integrated Hood

I bought the vacuum for my mother...she was very impressed by the customer service provided and the rapid response at a notoriously difficult time of the year for mail. She was delighted by the response in dealing with the replacement handle, which arrived safely. Moreover, she is more than happy with the vacuum. Overally a very happy satisfied custome. So we are both pleased.
