I have been extremely satisfied with the whole experience of purchasing a Siemens fridge freezer from you last week. I called after 5pm quoting a model number and price. Within minutes you'd investigated the availability at your supplier's distribution centre, worked out if the price could beat a competitive quote I gave you and helped me to decide about extended warranty. The professional, efficient and helpful approach was very refreshing and gave me the confidence to agree to buy from you there and then. The fridge arrived Thursday. The delivery men were clean, courteous and careful with my property. I am so pleased to have found a competitive and competent supplier. You certainly seem to have got it right.
