Dear Sirs, I recently contacted your sales / support team, when I experienced problems with a Baumatic dishwasher I had purchased through Electricshop.com. I had been in contact with Baumatic but could not receive a satisfactory solution to my problem. I would like to pass on my appreciation for the efforts made on my behalf by your team (Mark and Paul?) which finally resulted in the machine being replaced by Baumatic. Once again many thanks.
