I just wanted to express my thanks for the so very efficient way you have seen us through the ordering process of a Belling Kensington 90E Range Cooker purchased for our Chapel. We originally placed the order in early January and you informed us that because Belling was waiting for parts from abroad they could not estimate a delivery date. You were kind enough to phone me each week to give me an update on the situation. When finally a delivery date was arranged, you arranged a delivery time to suit us. It was safely delivered this afternoon and was so carefully placed into the Chapel kitchen. Your delivery men were so kind and helpful in doing this. You deserve every credit to your company for the service you have given us right from the outset to the completion of the delivery. If ever we need any more electrical goods, either in the Chapel or at home, I shall be the first to recommend electricshop.com!!! Thank you very much indeed.
